Nidya is a well-credentialed Indonesian IP Consultant, licensed advocate, and registered mediator, with a specialization in IP prosecution. She is recognized for her expertise in independent surveys such as,the Legal500, which describes here as one of the “strongest partners in their field, leading on market-leading deals and endorsed by peers and clients alike” and the World Trademark Review which describes her as a “master brand protection strategist.” Managing Intellectual Property magazine recognized Nidya as an ‘IP Star’ in its World IP Survey 2014-2020, as well as one of the Top 250 Women in IP in 2017, 2018, and 2019, Asia IP Law also noted her as an IP expert in 2022.
Nidya obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Indonesia. The Indonesian Indonesian Intellectual Property Attorneys Association or Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (AKHKI), International Trademark Association (INTA),and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) hold her membership in their prestigious organizations.
Her active involvement in Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (AKHKI) has made Nidya a respectful member of the organization. Began as a Vice Head of Organisation and Membership from 2015-2017 then extended her position for another period, in 2017-2020. Nidya then became the Head of Government Relation from 2020-2023 and her most recent title at AKHKI serving as General Treasurer.
