Accounting, Finance & Tax Staff

Role overview:

As a part of Finance, Accounting & Tax team at SKC Law, you will play an important role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, supporting tax compliance, and contributing to financial planning and reporting. Your attention to detail and commitment to integrity will help maintain our operational excellence and support the firm’s continued growth.

Requirements:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Eager to learn, adapt, and grow with the company.
Experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Available to join in January 2026 or earlier.

Associate – Enforcement & Intelligence Team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university;
Licensed PERADI attorney and/or certified IP Consultant preferred;
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law with a solid understanding of trademark, copyright, design and patent laws, including relevant international treaties;
Adequate experience in IP enforcement, covering client advisory, criminal and civil proceedings, IP-related agreements, C&D actions, online enforcement, investigations, and/or cross-border protection.

Responsibilities:

Advising clients on IP protection, enforcement strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms;
Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements (e.g., licensing, assignments, NDAs);
Issuing C&D letters and takedown notices;
Coordinating digital IP enforcement efforts with e-commerce platforms;
Conducting IP investigations, including market surveillance;
Handling cross-border IP protection initiatives.
