    We are looking for

    Associate – Enforcement & Intelligence Team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university;
    • Licensed PERADI attorney and/or certified IP Consultant preferred;
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
    • Strong interest in Intellectual Property Law with a solid understanding of trademark, copyright, design and patent laws, including relevant international treaties;
    • Adequate experience in IP enforcement, covering client advisory, criminal and civil proceedings, IP-related agreements, C&D actions, online enforcement, investigations, and/or cross-border protection.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advising clients on IP protection, enforcement strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms;
    • Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements (e.g., licensing, assignments, NDAs);
    • Issuing C&D letters and takedown notices;
    • Coordinating digital IP enforcement efforts with e-commerce platforms;
    • Conducting IP investigations, including market surveillance;
    • Handling cross-border IP protection initiatives.

    Junior IT Support

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Completion of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing and configuring software, managing hardware devices (MacBooks, network printers, scanners), and maintaining network devices (routers, access points, switches, IP Phone).
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support. Experience in an IP law firm is highly preferred.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with managing security devices (access doors, CCTV), company applications (Microsoft 365 Admin, ERP), and on-premise servers.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian to effectively support staff and collaborate with team members.
    • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Junior IT Support member in the Marketing and IT Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by installing and configuring software applications, providing technical support to staff, managing hardware devices (such as MacBooks, network printers, and scanners), maintaining network devices (routers, access points, and switches), overseeing security devices (access doors and CCTV), managing company applications (including Microsoft 365 Admin and ERP), and handling on-premise servers, all while collaborating with team members to support the success of our projects and operations.
