Clarissa began her career at SKC Law, gained experience across two of our core teams, and now, as an Associate, has developed a well-rounded understanding of IP. She focuses on trademark prosecution and advisory. Since joining the firm, she has advised domestic and foreign clients on trademark oppositions, offering well-structured advice with consistently positive outcomes. She regularly handles Office Actions and appeals, and provides pre-filing advice on challenging trademark registrations in Indonesia. Clarissa graduated from Universitas Tarumanagara in 2021 and was admitted to the Bar the following year.
