SKC Law’s Early 2026 Promotions

The start of the new year is a chance for us to take time to recognize and appreciate our people. Today we are proud to announce a list of promotions that marked the beginning of 2026 at SKC Law!

1. Bagus Lestanto – Partner

Bagus Lestanto Promotion

With nearly 15 years of experience in intellectual property, Bagus has handled matters ranging from prosecution and litigation in Indonesia, and is recognized by WTR 1000 as a Recommended Individual and by IP Stars as a Rising Star for 2025.

He frequently advises both foreign and domestic clients and is a graduate of the University of Indonesia, where he majored in Business Law, as well as Kyushu University, Japan, where he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Bagus is a versatile IP expert who combines strong theoretical knowledge with a practical, stakeholder-focused approach to achieve outcomes in his clients’ best interests.

2. Clarissa Aurelie – Associate

Clarissa Aurelie Promotion

Clarissa began her career here at SKC Law, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of IP matters. Now an Associate, she has developed particular expertise in trademark prosecution and advisory work.

She delivers clear and effective strategies to strengthen and protect clients’ trademark rights in Indonesia from overcoming registration obstacles to proactively mitigating infringement risks.

3. Syafa Noer – Associate

Syafa Noer Promotion

Syafa has developed a strong foundation in Intellectual Property Law and brings four years of hands-on experience to SKC Law.

She worked on one of the firm’s earliest Geographical Indication filings and is actively involved in managing overseas trademark and design portfolios. She also supports clients in domain name dispute matters.

4. Shinta Yunita – Managing Paralegal

 

Shinta Yunita's Promotion

As one of our longest-tenured employees at SKC Law, Shinta’s expertise and experience are invaluable.

Shinta has a thorough understanding of the theoretical and practical challenges faced enforcing IP rights, and now as a Managing Paralegal has an opportunity to share her skillsets with colleagues.

5. Maya Kurnia – Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Maya Kurnia Promotion

Maya holds CPMA (Certified Professional Management Accountant) and Tax Brevet A & B certifications, reflecting her strong technical expertise in finance and taxation.

Her solid accounting background allows her to efficiently manage invoicing, billing, overdue accounts, incoming payments, and pricing lists, making her a reliable and trusted member of the team.

6. Phoenix Al Akbar – Marketing Supervisor

Phoenix Al Akbar Promotion

Phoenix is a key contributor to SKC Law’s marketing system. He joined us during our business model transformation, and has since played a central role in establishing a digital marketing presence.

Over the past three years, his involvement has spanned the full marketing cycle, from conceptualization and planning to management and execution, initiating many of the firm’s early digital marketing initiatives and improving existing programs.
